  • You will receive an email with instructions to get you started in our Training Desk
  • You will receive another email containing arrival and parking information approximately 24 hours prior to your practical assessment

Our recommended option: Pre-course online learning significantly reduces employee downtime.

Online learning: Employees complete the theory component of their assessment before attending, using mobile-friendly online modules. Their face-to-face session can then focus on practical training and assessment, significantly reducing the time employees need to be away from work.

Paperwork: Employees complete their theory, practical training and assessment during the face-to-face session using paper-based assessment. This option is suitable for employees who are not comfortable using online technology, but significantly increases the face-to-face training time and the time employees need to be away from work.

Certification: Digital assessment generally allows certificates to be issued promptly after successful completion. Paper-based assessments require additional processing before certificates can be issued.

White Card: Online theory is not available for White Card training. White Card courses are completed entirely face-to-face using paper-based assessment.
