Our recommended option: Pre-course online learning significantly reduces employee downtime.

Online learning: Employees complete the theory component of their assessment before attending, using mobile-friendly online modules. Their face-to-face session can then focus on practical training and assessment, significantly reducing the time employees need to be away from work.

Paperwork: Employees complete their theory, practical training and assessment during the face-to-face session using paper-based assessment. This option is suitable for employees who are not comfortable using online technology, but significantly increases the face-to-face training time and the time employees need to be away from work.

Certification: Digital assessment generally allows certificates to be issued promptly after successful completion. Paper-based assessments require additional processing before certificates can be issued.

White Card: Online theory is not available for White Card training. White Card courses are completed entirely face-to-face using paper-based assessment.

Training Management Options

Make managing your employees' training easier. Select any of the following options that would be useful for your organisation.

Receive copies of your employees' certificates as soon as they are issued, helping you keep your workplace training records up to date.

Access centralised employee training records and certificate history in one convenient location.

Approved organisations can arrange for workplace training to be invoiced after the course has been completed.
