If your pre-course assessment is incomplete when you attend, you will be assigned a “Complete Missing Evidence” status. You must successfully complete all assessment requirements before your certificate can be issued.

Complete your mobile-friendly pre-course learning and assessment before attending whenever possible.

Can I do a refresher course today?

You can book an available 2 pm refresher session until 1 pm. Sessions are subject to availability.

The available options are HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, and the course bundle of UETDRMP018 Perform Rescue from a Live Low Voltage Panel with HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.

The course is held at Stay Calm Training, 24/72 Kowinka Street, White Rock.

You will be assigned a “Complete Missing Evidence” status. Your certificate cannot be issued until you have successfully completed all assessment requirements.

Online learning: Employees complete the theory component of their assessment before attending, using mobile-friendly online modules. Their face-to-face session can then focus on practical training and assessment, significantly reducing the time employees need to be away from work.

Paperwork: Employees complete their theory, practical training and assessment during the face-to-face session using paper-based assessment. This option is suitable for employees who are not comfortable using online technology, but significantly increases the face-to-face training time and the time employees need to be away from work.

Certification: Digital assessment generally allows certificates to be issued promptly after successful completion. Paper-based assessments require additional processing before certificates can be issued.

White Card: Online theory is not available for White Card training. White Card courses are completed entirely face-to-face using paper-based assessment.
